Additional Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and best practices.
- Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make strategy adjustments accordingly.
- Up-to-date with latest digital trends, meme culture, and content formats.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
- Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for visual and copy requirements.
- Manage paid campaigns (boosts, ads) when needed and track performance.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
- Conduct competitor research and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
- To present different reconciliation statement related to Accounts.
- To supervise Inventory Balance
- To visit factory at least once in a week
- To perform other relevant duties assigned by management
